These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VaultSeller (the "Extension") and any related services provided by VaultSeller ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using VaultSeller, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VaultSeller is a Chrome browser extension that provides eBay sellers with profit calculation, sold price history, listing analysis, and competitor monitoring tools. Core features are available free of charge. Advanced features require a paid Pro subscription.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly (£9.99/month) or annually (£79/year) via Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. All payments are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension.
• Use the Extension in any way that violates eBay's terms of service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Extension or any Pro features.
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload any APIs accessed by the Extension.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of VaultSeller is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VaultSeller is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that fee calculations, sold price data, or any other information provided by the Extension is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always verify important financial decisions independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultSeller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
